You can get in touch via the contact form, by phone, or by email, and we’ll respond as soon as possible.

Pathways is set in the beautiful Suffolk countryside. You can use the map below to see our location and plan your route. By car, the farm is easily accessed from the A12 and A47, with ample parking available on-site.

If you’re travelling by train, the nearest station is Lowestoft, approximately 3 miles away. From there, taxis can take you directly to the farm, or local buses run to Tesco (Leisure Way) on A47 – please check timetables in advance.

Frequently asked questions

Can I visit the farm?

Pathways is a working therapeutic farm, so visits usually need to be arranged in advance. Please contact us if you’d like to visit.

What are your opening hours?

Our office is open Monday to Thursday, 9.30am–2.00pm. Activities and programmes may run at different times – get in touch to check before visiting.

Is the farm accessible?

Yes, we do our best to make the farm welcoming to everyone. We have accessible paths and facilities, but please let us know in advance if you have specific needs so we can support you.

Can I volunteer?

Yes! We welcome volunteers in a variety of roles, from helping with farm work to supporting our participants. See our Volunteering page or contact us for more details.

How can I support the farm financially?

You can donate directly through our website, set up a regular gift, or support us by fundraising. Every contribution helps us continue our therapeutic work.

Do you take referrals?

Yes, we accept referrals from health professionals, support workers, and family members. Please see our referrals page for more info.

Can children visit the farm?

Children are welcome when accompanied by an adult during open events or arranged visits, but as a working farm we are not open to casual drop-ins.

Are animals on the farm safe to be around?

Yes, our animals are friendly and used to being around people, but we always supervise contact to make sure it’s safe and enjoyable for everyone.
